About Shadowdancers LLC
History and Leadership
The company is the outgrowth of a lifelong love of computer technology, from early 1970s and 80s terminal systems to modern computer business infrastructure. Originally the firm dealt with digital pre-press technology for newsletters and roleplaying games (fiction and science fiction). Over the years it evolved into computer manufacturing, software development, graphic design, high performance dedicated workstations, servers, and visualization system technology used in major motion pictures and commercial art.

Founded by James Arnold Allen, the company is based in Ada, Oklahoma for 19 years, incorporated for 11 years, and now serves as the primary studio contractor for Raccoon Technologies Incorporated - a regional professional business service corporation.

Career Disruption by Child Abduction
Mr. Allen, a former telecommunications administrator for Sykes Enterprises in the late 1990s and senior software engineer for Frisco Texas based Proceed Technolgies. In 2001 Mr. Allen was forced to leave the Texas market due to criminal threat of murder in the removal of his son, and has since been engaged in legal action to recover his child amid dreadful criminal menace and defamation efforts supporting the kidnapping.

In April 2002, during trial, his office in Dallas (Texas) was burned, and threats sent November 2002 prior an armed assault and carjacking with vehicular sabotage - driving the company away from the State of Texas with no lawful relief from Texas police or Attorney General in this serious criminal & family matter.

Limited Contact
As a result, and due to ongoing criminal acts from 2002-2004, 2007, 2008, and 2009 - the firm is pressing charges in 18 U.S.C. Sec 1951 (Interference In Interstate Commerce), 18 U.S.C. Sec 1513 (Retaliation against a SOX compliance officer by the Texas AG), and related charges for State and Federal felony threats targeting the LLC which cite in blackmail and extortion efforts the continued concealment of his only child for 8 years on threat of murder, without lawful cause or due process, and without appeal on demand required per 42 U.S.C. §666 subsection 7-B-i, 8-B-iv, and 9-B (Federal Law 28 U.S.C. §1738A subsection e).

For this reason, meetings with Mr. Allen are limited to law enforcement, attorney contact, and appointment with formal International witness representing the PRC and UK interests in this matter. Mr. Allen is a member of the board of directors of Raccoon Technologies Incorporated, President of Shadowdancers L.L.C., and also a resident Citizen of Southeastern Oklahoma for over 34 consecutive years.

He has not seen his only son in 8 years because of these issues and is adamant regarding issues of workplace professionalism, compliance with professional ettiquete and civil rights issues among his employees and authorized customers. The LLC has been reorganizing new offices in 2007-2009 and recruiting staff amid new and persistent explicit criminal threats seeking to damage and defame the firm in March, July, and August of 2008 and on October 1st, 14th, and 19th of 2009.

This matter is now under U.S. Federal criminal complaint in 10th Circuit Eastern District Federal Court.
