Investor Opprotunities
The firm is willing to discuss financial investment opportunities with private
investors, established bank officers, and venture capital fund managers. Such
investment is limited to face-to-face and formal offers, and excludes general
loan soliciation or other instrument of public offers or borrowing against the
good credit of the company or its investors in leu of genuine investment.
As a limited liability corporation, investment is handled as a matter of account
and contractual agreement of credit, not to be mistaken for a security or bond
or other financial instrument governed by SEC regulation or limited or full partnership,
ownership, lein, or sale of controlling shares in the corporation.
In fiscal year 2010 the firm seeks to raise funds to offset prior losses caused by
criminal denial of due process in Interstate interference, add new video processing
and production capabilities, and create training programs for regional agents outside
traditional education services and for-profit or tuition-based institutions. This
continues a long tradition of supporting independent media artists against a highly
regulated and tenure-based career organization in the central North American industry.
Operational funds from this project bring technology from Canada, Spain, and Germany
to U.S. students in an unbias fashion supporting creative and artistic expression
with strong long-term intellectual property development opportunities paying dividends
to small cap investors.
