Consumer PC Repair
For a flat fee of $30 USD, the firm will perform all labor required to restore
a personal computer to operating condition. Price does not include parts or
licensing of software required to operate. Fee covers repair, installation,
patch activity and connection, antivirus scan (if deemed neccessary), and
reinstallation or analysis of malware repairs (best effort).
This flat fee is the lowest in the industry. Geared toward our local college
students and public, and open to public education and training using the PC
repair process to educate and train customers who wish to see the process in
their free time. As repairs take hours, access to process may not be available
at all times. Summary of work done, and authorization for any additional costs,
will be provided to the customer. Any order of equipment or parts requires a
signed order. Payment via cash or paypal is accepted. Receipt by email and
authorization is available.
Any illegal activity or media (child pornography, etc) will be reported to the
local law enforcement. Repair does not include data recovery of deleted files,
cryptographic activity (password breaking, serial breaking, etc), or bypassing
any security mechanism not belonging to the customer exclusively with proof of
purchase (receipt of sale). Photographic and serial records are kept of all
equipment, to verify return and aid law enforcement in pursuit of stolen property.
