Consumer PC Repair
For a flat fee of $150 USD, the firm will perform all labor required to restore a personal computer to operating condition. Flat-Fee labor price does not include parts or licensing of software required to operate.

This flat fee is the easiest price model. Geared toward our local college students and public, and open to public education and training using the PC repair process to educate and train customers who wish to see the process in their free time. As repairs take hours, access to process may not be available at all times.

Equipment can be picked up at your location in the City Limits of Ada, OK by our engineer designated at the time your appointment is made with our office. All engineers will present ID on a pickup, and a work order ticket to ensure your equipment is transferred our actual employees. Due to fraud (2008-2009) by local competitors, we require this ID process on any pickup or delivery.

No access is permitted to our facility without appointment, and our office is closed to the public to prevent theft of client data or other forms of industrial espionage since attempts in 2011 July and previously from 2001-2012.

Our focus is service and quality, not availability, as our engineers are prior Senior Software Engineers and Telecommuncations Administrators at the C-level. We trust our customers are competent enough to call first, and understand the value of our time and the premium of our daily appointments with other clients.
