Senior Engineers
With 20 years experience in computer hardware and software, our engineers are
specialized to deal with diagnostics and troubleshooting both network and PC
issues across a broad spectrum of experiences. Field engineers are backed by
support staff on call to deal with any variety of issues encountered in a normal
business network incident or engineering project.
We do not, however, perform physical cabling of buildings or drop installation
of electrical outlets by choice. Physical wiring is a time intensive and grueling
job which does not correlate with our diagnostic and design role as a network
specialist firm. Client rates for such work would be astronomical if we billed
our regular rate and schedule against physical modification and carpentry of a
facility modification. These services will be outsourced to licensed carpenters,
wiring specialists, electricians, and persons whose sole business is safety in
wiring. It is not our role to explain the legal statutes or need for fire code
to a client, nor bypass such regulations regardless of the rate paid for our time.
Generally, we can help you with changes / adds and network planning prior purchase,
or during a major upgrade. Identify network failures and performance issues, security
issues, and remote management techniques suitable to the culture and premise of a
client facility. This rarely takes very long, per client, as the product is advice
and a written plan (proposal) for the client to undertake at their own direction.
The firm assumes no responsibility for the implementation of changes proposed and
undertaken outside the direct supervision and contractual agreement with the client
such as purchases, shipping, assembly, or installation and use of equipment by the
client on such professional advice. Where contracted, the firm will execute these
tasks at a premium, billing for potential risk and time allotted in support roles to
ensure complete satisfaction. Otherwise, the client assumes responsibility for acting
on advice and all liability associated with any resulting failure to execute the
plan effectively or to industry standards and specifications of best practices.
This division of executive responsibility is key to hiring an analyst, consultant,
or on-site engineer - and denotes the different scope of each title in a contract,
as specified therein. No guarentee or promise not detailed in written agreement
will be honored as binding or implied service guarentee, and all modifications to
any such agreement must be cosigned for inclusion in agreed service deliverables.

Engineer on-site services are for business-class office support, including
consultation and meetings. This is a formal on-site consult, not an engineer
or wiring technician truck-roll, or physical support service.
Prices are generally:
$200 USD per hour
Billing is by Incident, Appointment, or Pre-agreed project fee for a block
of time either hourly, monthly, quarterly, or full year.
Additional fees or insurance or bond may apply for commercial operations
based on risk assessment - including disaster recovery or support terms.

PDF format is preferred, no more than 5 pages per request standard letter format.
BUSINESS HOURS
9 AM to 9 PM CST Monday - Friday are our normal hours. Executive contact will
require an appointment, and initial contact is to establish that appointment
only and answer general terms and billing questions. We evaluate each client
application and reserve the right to REFUSE SERVICE based on a number of terms
and conditions related complex legal and ethical standards, cases, and other
