online signing according to Federal guidelines, customer copy of signed
documents, and provision of explicit terms in contract agreement. This
3-party system offers the greatest security affordable to our business
and protects our clients from fraud and alteration of agreements.
Over the past 20 years, we have had our share of experiences with less-than-honest
clients making unlawful claims to conceal illegal business activities using IT
contractors. We therefore require all client work agreements to comply with a
strict contract process pursuant the IRS regulations on 1099m services - to both
protect ourselves and our clients from miscommunication or poor practices.
