Warranty Support
Our standard warranty is five years. On all PC systems, hard drives, software,
and solutions. Excluding physical media and equipment exposed to damaging environmental
corrosion or contact (smoke, fire, temperatures below 35 degrees or 90 Farenheight, or
those recommended by the manufacturer, water or condensing humidity, pressure in excess
of 1.2 atmospheres, or pressure below 0.2 atmosphere). So, unless you plan on going into
space or sitting out in the Saharah Desert, we can probably fix it.
This is becaue the quality of vendors, products, and parts we offer are exceptional.
The cost for that quality is a little higher than what consumers pay at retail for
lesser products, dissimilar goods, and imitations of our equipment frequently sold to the
public on cost alone. We are a premium brand. We will never be anything less than a
premium brand in our industry. You can buy 3rd party equipment cheaper, if it please you.
Our support for our own equipment is limited to our brand "Militech" and "Militech Systems",
and their hardware and software equipment. Third Party products such as integrated computer
workstations and servers from other companies are not covered by this OEM warranty. Parts
from other businesses integrated into our OEM branded products are covered, such as drives,
boards, central processors, memory, etc. Excluded from this warranty is the security and
fitness of purpose, stability, and merchantability of Software from 3rd party vendors (like
Microsoft) - as their quality control and closed-source model is beyond our control. We will
aid in repair or reinstallation of such content bundled with our products, but cannot be
held liable for any related or implied liability caused by material fault in Windows or similar
Microsoft or 3rd party software products operating on our trusted hardware.
Such warranty damage is also explicitly limited to the cost of the equipment provided by Shadowdancers
L.L.C. or its registered brands, and excludes any incidental or resultant liability or damages
caused by the failure or denial of use or fitness for the product sold or obtained or its resale
value. Shadowdancers L.L.C. reserves the right to replace or refund the cost of the product
or substitute with similar product deemed equal or superior in performance to resolve failure
of warranty protected equipment. Shadowdancers L.L.C. is explicitly not responsible for incidental
damages, lost work, or other related claims pursuant a warranty issue or loss of use of the equipment
during warranty support.
